Aussie rules on day one of Virtual Travel Fair
More than 10,500 online packages were browsed online by consumers on the first day of the Virtual Travel Fair organised by SOTA (Standard Online Tourism Architecture).
SOTA has mobilised its vast network of travel agents, tour operators, hotels and tourist attractions to offer tickets, tours and packages at special rates for the Virtual Travel Fair which runs until 30 April. The Fair is designed to attract leisure travellers whose business lifestyles prohibit visiting travel fairs in person.
Australia remains in pole position as the preferred destination for travellers registering for the Fair but packages and attractions in Malaysia, China and Thailand are also proving to be very popular. More details at:
