1) Min.3 day prior booking required, book early to avoid disappointment. Booking is subject to availability.  

2) Rescheduling must be done at least 2 days prior to original booking otherwise forfeited.  

3) Changes in drop-off /pick-up must be informed 2 days prior to the original booking otherwise your request may not be granted.  

4) Max.15 min waiting time allowed for departure pickup. This begins on the time of transportation arrival at the agreed upon pickup time. Late comers will also be considered a no-show.  

5) Rates quoted base on Point to point or as per enquiry, strictly no en route is allowed except toilet stop.

6) There will be a surcharge for Public Holidays & Peak Season. Please call to enquire

9) There will be a surcharge if your location is out from KL/PJ. 

10)No refund will be given for any NO SHOW or Unused services.

11)Full payment required before 7 days before travelling date.

12)Cancellation  Less than 72 hours is not refundable.

13) In the event of cancellation made more than 72 hours prior to the date of reservation, charges will be refunded after deduct administration charges of 20% of the amount charged.
