Terms & Conditions
1. Package includes 1 night stay with breakfast, 1 day Universal Studio Singapore (USS) ticket on Day 02 and 2-way hotel-RWS transfer.
2. Hotel-RWS shuttle service is provided by RWS and fully responsible by RWS.
3. Guest must hold the provided voucher to redeem Universal Studios Singapore ticket at specified counter in RWS / JB hotel counter.
3. Twin sharing based at minimum 2 full paying adults.
4. Guess must be responsible for their own passport and visa. AF Travel will not be responsible and will not refund if guest was rejected to enter Singapore by cross country immigration authority
Hotel surcharge on Peak season :
Mutiara Hotel RM 20 per room per night - 7-9 Aug , 24-25 Dec 2013(both dates inclusive)
Shuttle transfer subject to seats availability and trip fixed as going on first trip and return must be on first return trip.
Customer must be waiting for transport at designated location at least 15 minutes before pickup time.
PAYMENT:
Above package is only applicable for cash payment or Bank transfer only.
Cancellation policy to agents guarantee the booking:
- Cancellation charge of 25% imposed Between and on 07days to 14days before arrival.
- Cancellation charge of 50% imposed within 7 days before arrival.
- Cancellation charge of 75% imposed within 3days or less before arrival.
- Full charges is imposed for cancellation within 24hours before arrive or no show. (a 50% charge will be imposed upon cancellation once guaranteed is advise or take effect)
