SOTA Has a Makeover
We are proud to announce that SOTA has undergone a makeover to help SOTA users foster stronger connections with travel buyers and boost sales with increased transactions.
With effect from 17 May 2012,SOTA is known as ‘Smart Online Travel Assistant’, and our new brand identity comes with a new logo and a revamped sota.travel website.
The rebranding is to help bring more travel buyers to engage with SOTA users through driving higher volume of online traffic to their travel packages sold on sota.travel. The revamped www.sota.travel also comes with an improved look and feel to provide better navigation and user experience, so travel providers can have richer customer interactions with travel buyers, apart from showcasing travel deals.
To further enhance the customer experience for the travel buyer, the portal incorporates other value-add featuresincludingsmart tips for travellers, recommendations on travel bargains as well as country-based weather forecast and calendars for smarter travel planning.
Approximately RM1 million has been allocated on media spend to promote our new brand.Posted
